Welcome to register and use LetsView.
Before using LetsView and its related services, please read and fully understand all the terms especially the terms regarding rights and obligations, liability limitations or exemptions, applicable laws, and dispute resolution. It is important for you to pay special attention to these terms.

Confirmation and Acceptance of the terms

LetsView and its related services (hereinafter referred to as “LetsView” or “the Service”) are screen mirroring services owned by Wangxu Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) that are legally owned and operated.

If you are under 18 years old or considered a child under other applicable laws and regulations (such as children under 13-16 years old according to the GDPR and the laws of EU member states), it is essential for you to carefully read and fully understand this term with the accompaniment of your guardian and use this software with the consent of your guardian.

If you do not agree to this term, it will result in the software being unable to provide you with complete services, and you can choose to stop using this software. Of course, when you explicitly agree to this term and continue to use this software, it will be deemed that you accept all the terms of this term.

The Company reserves the right to independently decide to change, modify, add, or delete parts of this Service Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Service Terms to see if any changes have been made. If you continue to use this service after the changes are posted, it means that you accept and agree to these changes. If you do not agree, please stop using this service immediately.

You understand and agree that the Company may choose to suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services of this software due to its own business decisions, government actions, force majeure, and other reasons. If such a situation occurs, we will notify you in advance in a reasonable manner and within a reasonable period of time. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we shall not be liable for any losses caused to you as a result of this.

Registration and Management of Accounts

You can register your account and use this software by selecting the appropriate method on the login/registration page of this software. After successful registration, you will have a unique user ID to identify your account. At the same time, you understand and confirm that when you register with LetsView using different accounts you own, the account rights are not connected unless you bind your different accounts.

You understand and confirm that the LetsView account you registered is for your personal use only.

You understand and confirm that you are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information you provide for LetsView. Your account nickname, avatar, and other related information must not contain illegal or improper information that violates public order and good customs. You are not allowed to maliciously register LetsView accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, bulk account registration, etc.). The company has the right to review the registration information you submit.

You understand and confirm that the ownership and related rights of the LetsView account you registered belong to the company. After completing the registration process, you only have the right to use that account. Your account is for personal use only, and without the written consent of the company, you are prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, selling, or allowing others to use the account in any form. If the company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, the company has the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to that registered account without notifying you, and has the right to permanently disable or cancel the account without any legal liability to the user who registered the account.

You have the right to delete your LetsView account, and the specific methods are as follows:

From the web page, click on the avatar – My Account – Settings – Delete Account.

In the app, tap on Me – Avatar – Delete account.

Additionally, you can also contact the staff through the contact information provided by LetsView to inquire about specific deletion matters. You understand and acknowledge that deleting an account is irreversible, and all your data and information cannot be recovered. You are responsible for all actions taken before deleting your account.

User Code of Conduct

You are not allowed to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or exert any other influence on the normal operation of this service without our authorization or permission, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized plugins, cheats, systems, programs, or third-party tools, or using automated scripts (such as “bots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers”) to interact with this software or the services provided, excessively consuming the system or network bandwidth resources of this software, causing significant load on the software system or affecting the smooth operation of the network, server, product, or application used by other users.

You are not allowed to create, upload, copy, publish, transmit, or reproduce the following content using LetsView:

Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining national unity.

Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, undermining social stability.

Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terrorist, or crime-inciting content.

Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights of others.

Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming their physical and mental health.

Distributing commercial advertisements or similar commercial solicitations, excessive marketing information, or spam messages.

Containing other content prohibited by laws, regulations, and administrative provisions.

You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm the security of computer networks or target LetsView, including but not limited to the following:

Engaging in activities that harm network security, such as illegal intrusion into networks, disruption of network functions, and theft of network data.

Providing programs or tools specifically designed for engaging in activities that harm network security, such as intrusion into networks, disruption of network functions and protective measures, and theft of network data.

Knowingly providing technical support, advertising, payment settlement, or other forms of assistance to individuals engaged in activities that harm network security.

Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts.

Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people’s computer systems for the purpose of deleting, modifying, or adding stored information.

Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of LetsView, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and engaging in other activities that disrupt normal network information services.

Forgery of TCP/IP packet names or partial names.

Reverse engineering, disassembling, compiling, or attempting to discover or obtain the source code of LetsView by any other means.

Engaging in other activities that violate laws and regulations, this term, the company’s related rules, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

You are not allowed to use the services provided by LetsView to distribute or disseminate the following information or content:

Any content or information that violates the laws, regulations, or policies of your country/region.

Political propaganda and/or news information that violates the regulations of your country/region.

Information related to the secrets and/or security of your country/region.

Feudal superstitions and/or obscene, pornographic, vulgar information, or information that incites crime.

Gambling or games of chance with prizes.

Information that hinders the security of Internet operations.

Information that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content that is detrimental to social order, public security, or public morality.

You also undertake not to provide any convenience to others for posting information that does not comply with national regulations and/or the terms and conditions of this service term, including but not limited to setting up URLs, BANNER links, and so on.

LetsView will make every effort on a commercial level to ensure the security of your data, but LetsView cannot provide absolute guarantees in the following situations, including but not limited to:

LetsView is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your related data in this software caused by reasons other than LetsView.

If you stop using LetsView (e.g., if you delete your LetsView account), all your data and information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Personal Information Protection

LetsView’s “Privacy Policy” (Check https://letsview.com/privacy) is a fundamental and important policy of LetsView. We attach great importance to the protection of user’s personal information and related privacy matters. You can click on the link above to check the detailed terms to ensure that your legal rights are not infringed.

LetsView may cooperate with other companies or software. Without obtaining your explicit authorization and ensuring that the third-party company or software can assume the same level of privacy protection responsibility as LetsView, we will not share your personal information with third-party companies or software.

Service

You can download the version of LetsView that suits you on the official LetsView platform, other platforms, or websites under Shenzhen Wangxu Technology Co., Ltd., as well as third-party websites and application platforms authorized by LetsView. However, if you download or use LetsView or other software with the same name through platforms that are not authorized by LetsView, LetsView cannot guarantee that the software or service can be used properly, and shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

We will provide different service versions for your different terminals and needs. You can choose the appropriate version of LetsView according to your actual needs.

You can choose to use the free service of LetsView according to your actual needs, or use the membership service after paying the membership service fee.

In order to better serve you, LetsView may adjust the price of paid services from time to time and charge new fees for specific features to reflect changes required by commercial or legal regulations. The specific service prices will be based on the prices displayed on the LetsView member payment page. When the service price changes, we will try our best to notify you in advance through various means (including but not limited to the official website, official Discord server) to inform you of the adjustment of renewal fees. Unless otherwise specified in the notice, the fee adjustment for the same paid service will be applied to the paid service you purchased after the current billing cycle expires and will take effect when you next pay for the paid service.

If you do not agree to pay the new price or other applicable fees, you can choose not to continue subscribing to the paid service. If you have chosen automatic renewal and agree to pay the new price or other applicable fees, you need to follow the instructions in the notification to agree to the automatic renewal and the adjusted fees for the paid service before the fee deduction for your next billing cycle. If you fail to do so in a timely manner, we will change your subscribed paid service to the free service at the end of your current billing cycle and terminate your automatic renewal.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the content provided by our company in the LetsView software and related services (including but not limited to software, programs, web pages, text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, audio, video, charts, page layout, electronic documents, etc.) belong to our company. Without the permission of our company, no one is allowed to use it without authorization (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, and downloading the content of the LetsView software and related services through any robots, spiders, or other programs or devices).

Under no circumstances shall you use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other distinctive brand features of the company, including but not limited to “LetsView,” “letsview.cn,” “letsview.com,” “wangxutech.com,” “网旭,” etc. (collectively referred to as “Marks”), without the company’s prior written consent. You shall not display, use, or apply for registration of the aforementioned Marks in any form or combination without the company’s prior written consent, nor shall you indicate or imply to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise deal with these Marks. If your unauthorized use of the company’s trademarks, logos, etc. as mentioned in this clause causes losses to the company or others, you shall bear all legal liabilities.

Terms of use for minors

If you are a minor under the age of 18 or considered a child under other applicable laws and regulations (such as minors under the age of 13-16 according to GDPR and laws of EU member states), you should carefully read and fully understand this agreement with the accompaniment of your guardian, and only use this software with the consent of your guardian. If you have not obtained the consent of your guardian, your guardian has the right to handle your account through LetsView’s contact information.

You and your guardian acknowledge and confirm that if you violate the laws and regulations of our country during the use of this software, you and your guardian will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

You and your guardian acknowledge and confirm that the use of this software may involve paid services. Please handle and keep your guardian’s payment devices, payment accounts, and payment passwords properly to avoid consumption behaviors that are incompatible with the cognitive abilities of minors.

Limited Liability and Disclaimer

You acknowledge and confirm that LetsView does not guarantee the following, including but not limited to:

The software and related services can fully meet your usage needs or meet your expectations.

The software and related services will not be interrupted.

Any errors in the software and related services will be corrected.

You acknowledge and confirm that if you download or use LetsView from unauthorized websites or platforms, LetsView cannot guarantee its normal use and cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by the use of such programs or software.

You acknowledge and confirm that in the event of force majeure (force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and social events such as wars, riots, government actions, telecom backbone interruptions, hackers, network congestion, telecom sector technical adjustments and government regulations leading to the suspension or closure of services and websites), or other similar reasons that cause interruptions or defects in the software and related services (such as cloud services related to LetsView), LetsView shall not be liable for any damages. However, we will make every effort on a commercial level to mitigate the damages caused by the above situations.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LetsView. We cannot control the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services and shall not be held responsible for them. Therefore, when browsing third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and assume full responsibility. We strongly recommend that you read the terms and guidelines, as well as the privacy policies of the third-party websites or services you visit.

Whether or not you choose automatic renewal for paid services, you can cancel the subscribed paid services at any time. As the subscribed paid services are virtual services, the cancellation will take effect after the current billing cycle expires, and the fees you have paid will not be refunded.

Breach of Responsibility

In the event of your violation of this term or any other term previously reached between you and the company, the company has the right to independently judge and take measures such as issuing warnings, refusing publication, immediately stopping the transmission of information, deleting content or comments, temporarily prohibiting the publication of content or comments, restricting certain or all account functions, terminating the provision of services, permanently closing the account, etc., depending on the situation. The company shall not be held responsible for any consequences that result in your inability to use the account and related services, or your inability to access assets or other rights and interests within your account. The company has the right to announce the result of the handling and decide whether to restore the use of the relevant account based on the actual situation. For behaviors suspected of violating laws and regulations or engaging in illegal activities, the company will keep relevant records, report to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law, cooperate with the investigation of the relevant authorities, and report to the public security organs. The company has the right not to restore deleted content.

If your violation of this term or other service terms leads to complaints or litigation claims from third parties, you shall handle it on your own and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise as a result. If your illegal or breach of contract behavior causes the company to compensate any third party or be subject to penalties by government authorities, you shall also fully compensate the company for all losses suffered as a result.

The company respects and protects the legitimate rights and interests of users and others, including intellectual property rights, right to reputation, right to one’s name, right to privacy, and other legal rights. You guarantee that when using LetsView, you will not infringe on the intellectual property rights, right to reputation, right to one’s name, right to privacy, and other rights and legitimate interests of any third party. Otherwise, the company has the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receiving notice from the rights holder or relevant party. You shall handle all claims made by third parties regarding rights on your own and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise as a result. If your infringement causes losses to the company (including but not limited to economic and reputational losses), you shall also fully compensate the company for all losses suffered.

Other Terms

Regardless of the reason for any invalidity or non-performance of any provision of this term, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions shall still be legally binding on both parties to this term.

LetsView has the right to modify some or all of the terms of this term according to laws, regulations, policies, competent authorities, or operational needs of the company. However, if it involves updating this term, LetsView will prompt you to read it in a prominent manner and continue to provide services to you with your confirmation. Of course, if you refuse the updated term, you have the right to stop using the LetsView software and related services. If you continue to use it, it is deemed that you agree to and accept the relevant updates or modifications.

This term is a legal term between you and the company regarding your use of this service. The effective date of this term shall be the date stated in the first part of the term. If the effective date is not stated in the term, it shall be 7 days after it goes online. At the same time, this term will take effect on both parties after you check “agree” (the specific wording shall prevail as stated on the page), and the specific time shall be based on the time recorded by the company’s system.

Even if you do not check “agree” (the specific wording shall prevail as stated on the page) to this term, the following actions may still be regarded as your acceptance of all the terms of this term under reasonable and lawful circumstances:

Actual use of this service.

Actual use of any products or services provided by the company along with this service (if any).

The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of this term shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China.

If any disputes arise from this term, the parties shall make every effort to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties to the dispute. If arbitral tribunal rules that any provision or any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions or parts of these terms shall remain fully effective.

The headings of all clauses in this term are for convenience of reading and have no substantive meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this term.

Any content not mentioned or claimed by LetsView in this term shall not be deemed as LetsView waiving the relevant provisions or rights.

For ease of reading and understanding, this term will be translated into multiple language versions. If there is any conflict between different versions, the Chinese version of the “Service term” shall prevail.
